Rotherham United has lost one of its experienced goalkeepers to Bradford City. The Millers have seen Cameron Dawson join the Bantams on a one-year deal. Dawson, 31, has played 198 games in the Football League and has been promoted twice with Exeter and Sheffield Wednesday. He has also represented England at youth level.

Dawson replaces outgoing Sam Walker, who has left to join Watford after two and a half years at the club. Bantams boss Graham Alexander told the club website: "Cameron is a keeper we have looked at previously and know quite well. He is determined to show his skill-set with us and alongside Jon (McCracken), we will have a very trustworthy and competitive goalkeeper department."

League standing (final 2025 table -- new season not yet under way): 23rd in League One, 37 pts, 9W-10D-23L from 42 games, recent form LLLDL.
