Rotherham United are likely to be out of Dan Gore's reach following their relegation to the fourth tier. Manchester United are reportedly ready to offload Hull City-linked midfielder Toby Collyer and ex-Rotherham United loan star Dan Gore. Collyer was loaned to Hull in January and managed to make an impression before injury curtailed the 22-year-old midfielder’s campaign. Gore, meanwhile, spent the 2025/26 season on loan at Rotherham having had a stint with the club during the previous campaign. The 21-year-old midfielder was a key figure for the Millers, but could not save the club from relegation to League Two. According to Mail Online, both Collyer and Gore have been told they are not part of the first-team plans at Old Trafford for the season ahead. Moves now appear likely for the pair, who could potentially depart Manchester United on a permanent basis if the right opportunities arise. There will undoubtedly be EFL interest in the duo, who have both featured for the Red Devils at senior level. Hull have been credited with interest in a reunion with Collyer as they prepare for a long-awaited return to the Premier League. Manchester United are also said to be willing to sanction departures for goalkeeper Radek Vitek and defender Harry Amass. The former has been linked with Middlesbrough and Hull, and the latter spent the first half of last season on loan at Sheffield Wednesday. Amass made the switch to Norwich City after impressing at Wednesday, only for injury to strike and deny him the chance to replicate his Owls form with the Canaries.
