Rotherham United goalkeeping coach Andy Warrington has left the League Two outfit, as head of football Steve McClaren continues his restructure of the first-team coaching department. Warrington, 49, had two spells on the coaching staff with the Millers, while also having a successful playing stint at the club. He worked at the club during Paul Warne's golden period in charge of the Millers and after a spell with Warne at Derby County, the Yorkshireman rejoined Rotherham when Matt Hamshaw took charge in the spring of 2025. Warrington initially served as Hamshaw's assistant before reverting to his goalkeeping coach role. The move comes as McClaren continues to shape the first-team coaching department, with Warrington's departure marking the latest change. Rotherham United will look to rebuild their coaching staff in the coming weeks and months.
